By visiting, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing digital services on GSTATS.EU (the “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you signify your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

To use this Platform, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent required in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity or server clan, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

GSTATS.EU provides a comprehensive analytics and monitoring suite for Steam gaming communities, including but not limited to:

• Steam Profile Analytics: Real-time public player profile telemetry, Counter-Strike 2 combat statistics, medal showcases, friends graphs, and badge counts.
• Game Server Monitoring: Real-time Source Query polling (A2S_INFO, A2S_PLAYER, A2S_RULES) for Counter-Strike 2, CS:GO, and CS 1.6 game servers.
• Inventory Explorer & Valuation: Cataloging and market price estimation for in-game cosmetic items and medals across supported Valve titles.
• VAC & Ban Intelligence: Public ban radar tracking Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC), Game Bans, and Community visibility states.
• CSRep & Reputation Systems: Community commendation tracking, verified player feedback, and public wall interaction.
• Premium Promotional Listings: VIP server listing slots, boosted search ranking, and customized banner integration.

GSTATS.EU is an independent community analytics platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Valve Corporation.

Our platform consumes public data provided via the official Steam Web API and direct Source Dedicated Server Query protocols. Data accuracy is contingent upon Valve API availability and dedicated server responsiveness.

Users may authenticate using Steam OpenID 2.0 or local user credentials created on the platform:

• Steam OpenID Security: When you sign in with Steam, you authenticate directly on Valve’s secure servers (steamcommunity.com). We never receive or store your Steam account password or credentials. We only receive your public 64-bit SteamID (SteamID64) and public persona profile data.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Public Profile Privacy: If your Steam profile or inventory is set to “Private” in your Steam Community Privacy Settings, certain analytics (such as detailed inventory items or playtime) will not be accessible to our query engine.

When interacting with the Platform, you expressly agree NOT to:

• Engage in automated mass-scraping, crawling, or denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks that impair server performance or bypass rate limiters (WAF).
• Submit fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, abusive, or illegal content in community comments, player reports, or server titles.
• Falsify server player counts (fake players/bots spoofing) in an attempt to manipulate monitor rankings.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized administrative access to the platform codebase or database.
• Impersonate any administrator, moderator, or Valve staff member.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate IP banning, deletion of associated comments or server listings, and permanent revocation of access.

We offer optional paid digital services, such as VIP Game Server Placement, Featured Profile Boosts, and Automated Sync Priority:

• Instant Digital Fulfillment: Due to the automated nature of our platform, digital perks and VIP server statuses are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices are displayed in the stated currency (USD/EUR) and are inclusive of applicable digital taxes where mandated.
• Payment Processors: Transactions are handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or Crypto). We do not store raw credit card numbers.
• Refunds: All purchases of digital promotional services are subject to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The platform design, custom code, UI components, database architecture, visual graphics, and branding are the proprietary property of GSTATS.EU and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (such as public profile comments or server banners) remains the property of the respective author, but by posting on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with our services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from server query lag or third-party API downtimes. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or disrupts our infrastructure.

Users may request account deletion or data anonymization at any time via the GDPR Privacy Portal.

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at our discretion. When changes occur, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
